1. Schedule for the week
Geopark Fair
Exhibitions of geoparks are organized in the Shimabara Fukko Arena during the conference from May 12 to 15, 2012. The object of the fair is to share the ideas and performances of geoparks by introducing topics such as geoheritage, geotours, education, history/culture, and local products in order to attain sustainable development of geoparks in the GGN. Any GGN member or organization aspiring to take membership can apply for exhibition at the Geopark Fair.
As the time window for oral sessions is limited in GEOPARKS 2012, GGN members are recommended to apply for the fair. Details on the exhibition, including application guidelines, fees space, and facility, will be available soon on the conference website.
