Exhibitor information for Geopark Fair

 

Geopark Fair, the exhibitions of Geoparks is organized in the Shimabara Fukko Arena during the conference from May 12 to 15, 2012. We welcome exhibitors from companies, societies, institutions, Geopark organization, or any other groups interested in Geopark. Please read the full details below to participate in the fair.

1. Date: Saturday, May 12 to Tuesday, 15, 2012 (Exhibitions are closed on 14th, the day of intra-excursion) 2. Exhibit hours: 9:00am to 18:00pm 3. Venue: Shimabara Fukko Arena 4. Booth equipment: Display panels on both sides and back wall (W270cm X D180cm X H180cm Booth Space), one table (180cm X 45cm), two chairs, name plate, wireless network access

5. Booth fee	:	JPY 200,000/ single booth (tax included) Academic Societies or NGOs: JPY 100,000 / single booth (tax included)
6. Note	:	If you are shipping the exhibits in advance, you can address the organizer's office below. The exhibits must all be received no later than May 11.

When you need to use some electric devices or the equipment like power transformers, please contact us in advance.

 

7. Registration Deadline: Wednesday, February 29, 2012 ⇒ Friday, March 30, 2012

8. Note: All buildings will be locked to maintain the safety at night. But the steering committee shall not be responsible for any loss or damage of exhibit items. Exhibitors are encouraged to insure items of value depending upon your needs.
